FoH Labs is a hospitality-technology consultancy. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. You can reach us at hello@fohlabs.com.

Inquiry form: your name, and optionally your business name, city, contact details (email or phone) and the description of what you'd like help with.

Technical data needed to serve the site securely: your request is handled by our hosting and database providers, which process IP addresses and standard server logs for security and abuse prevention.

We do not buy personal data, do not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies, and do not build visitor profiles.

To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement — legitimate interest, and where you initiate contact, steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

To send you a confirmation email that your message arrived — same basis as above.

To keep the site secure and functioning — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Optional analytics, if you consent to it — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time.

Only us, plus the service providers that run the site: our hosting and database platform, and our transactional email provider. They act as processors under contract and may not use your data for their own purposes. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted — unless we've started working together, in which case retention follows the contract and applicable bookkeeping rules.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@fohlabs.com and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Bulgaria: the Commission for Personal Data Protection).
